See how many members left last year, and who would rejoin
Connect Stripe read-only. In about a minute, see how much membership revenue you lost, why members left, and who is most likely to come back.
Free. Read-only. Your key is deleted after the audit.
Example report, made-up numbers
1,180 members canceled in the last 24 months, taking $9,240/mo with them.
Realistic recovery
$253 to $506/mo
From 540 win-back candidates, on top of natural returns

Members leave in waves
Cohorts drop off after a launch or a course ends. The month-by-month view shows when it happens.
Not using it is a timing problem
Members who left because they were busy often come back when the timing is better and someone asks.
Cards fail more than you think
Members on monthly plans with personal cards churn from failed payments far more than businesses do.
How it works
- 1
Create a read-only key
In Stripe, create a restricted key with read access to five resources. We show you exactly which ones. Takes two minutes.
- 2
Paste it and run the audit
We check the key cannot write, then read your membership history. Usually done in about a minute.
- 3
See what left and who will come back
Churned revenue, why it left, and a scored list of former members. Your key is deleted when the audit ends.
What we access, and what we never touch
We read
- Customers: Names and email addresses of people who canceled, so you can see who to win back.
- Products: Plan names, so churn can be grouped by plan.
- Prices: Amounts and billing intervals, to calculate monthly recurring revenue.
- Subscriptions: Start and cancel dates, status, cancellation reason and feedback.
- Invoices: Paid totals only, to tell paying customers from trials and to compute lifetime value.
We never read or store
- Payment methods, cards and bank accounts
- Customer addresses, phone numbers and tax IDs
- Invoice line items and PDFs
- Charges, payouts, balances and disputes
- Anything that writes: we cannot create, change, refund or delete anything
Questions
Will you contact my members?
No. The audit only reads data and shows you a report. Nobody is contacted unless you start a pilot and approve every message.
Can you change anything in my Stripe account?
No. You create a restricted key that only has read permissions, and we test that before the audit starts. If we can confirm the key can write, we refuse it and tell you which permission to turn off. Our code only ever reads.
What happens to my key after the audit?
It is encrypted while the audit runs and deleted as soon as the audit finishes or fails. You can also revoke it in Stripe at any time.
How long does it take?
Usually one to two minutes. Accounts with tens of thousands of subscriptions can take a few minutes longer. You will get an email when it is ready.
Is it really free?
Yes. The audit is free. If you want help winning those people back, you can ask for a pilot at the end of the report, but you do not have to.
